• Members can choose to receive messages by email, or read them on the web.

• Administrator functions are easily maintained with little or no experience in List management. Administrator is Web based.

• Interface screens present choices, with each linking to an extensive HELP file.

• Security, password protect, private- or public-list, keeps spam away from your Members.

• Pricing is attractive and setup is relatively quick: Within two weeks for a normal list of up to 250 members.

• You provide eMail addresses, we populate the database and set your initial parameters.  We work closely with your designated individual to pass on the list management functions. Or, for a small additional fee, we will maintain your List for you.

• Messages are archived making them available through our Search interface. If you send a news article or a bio, that message is kept in the archive and can be retrieved.

• Members can receive messages as they are posted, receive a daily digest of messages then read only those of interest, or receive a daily list with all messages posted that day.

• Members on travel, training, or away from the office can still be kept in the loop. Using their Internet browser, a Member can retrieve, search, respond, to messages.

• Or, Members use only their eMail client without using the Internet browser. Their Choice.

• Link from your Website; send Newsletter or eZine; messages go to All.

• Use your Word Processor to create a mailing; use your list service to distribute as an attachment. The message goes out to All from Our mail server, not yours or your work's or your dial up account!
